Welcome to the Project!

This is it. The start of something amazing. With nothing more than a wetsuit, I plan to put a dent in homelessness. And here's the best part. You can join in the fun!! "How?" you ask. Well, I'm glad you did. Simple, really. My wetsuit isn't going to build homes by itself (that would be so rad though). What I'm going to do is trade the wetsuit for something else. And then that for something else. And . . . you get the idea. I'm basically applying the principal of the red paperclip. If I can get something even just a little better each time, I can keep trading up until . . .

GOAL: To trade for land and building materials.

OUTCOME: Building materials will be used by homeless members of the community to build, guess what, a house! And the best part is everyone gets to live in it at the end.

Being involved in the trading process is cool because you can get something new with something old. Because you can help work towards a positive solution of a global issue that is getting worse every year. Because if you are one of the people that I trade with in my way to making this house, you'll be invited to stay in the house for a night. You can meet all the grateful people you've helped, we'll cook for you, and play music, and share in the joy. This is the start of something amazing.
